Judy asks: Are you using postcards, newsletters, or actual bifold cards. What company do you suggest? Sent quarterly?
Michael: I send Success Stories one postcard per month. Simple jumbo postcard – I think it is .44 per card. Maybe less.
Dave asks: I sell recreational property in West Michigan. Mostly lake, river, farm land, and hunting property. What are your thought on marketing. I cover 60 counties.
Michael: Ducks Unlimited, you have a real opportunity to rally the “buyers and investors” of those types of properties. That’s a great niche. Do a profile of your typical buyer and start funneling them together somehow, someway.
Bryan asks: On the topic of professionalism should an agent always wear a suit and how important is image in real estate?
Michael: Depends on your market. Dress one level above your client, is a good general rule.
