My broker bought your book the “7 Levels of Communication” while you were out here for the Blue RIdge Board annual meeting. She handed it to me because I prefer relationship selling (not into cold calling and door knocking). Thanks so much for writing it. I am slowly incorporating it into my business life with good results.
